It has been shown that sound and vibration can move through all molecules without having to cognitively understand it.  You many have experienced this while listening to music.  It may be a feeling of being moved, a sense or sensation in your body, the desire to move and dance, or feeling emotions with the music.  Music touches the spirit in ways the mind cannot comprehend, allowing for deep transformation, all with ease and grace.
