In this program, meeting twice weekly for approximately an hour and a half each week, you will join a group of other motivated individuals to begin a dietary cleanse program. The group will begin an anti-inflammatory diet together, participate in a group self-care program, and learn invaluable tools for creating vitality and wellness in your life.
During the five weekly meetings, the group will gain a deeper understanding of how the body keeps itself healthy, as well as what circumstance tend to lead to illness. The focus is on simple and concrete steps that can be taken to improve on and support healthy digestive function, a balanced nervous system, and a healthy heart. We will also explore the connection between mind, emotions and physiology. In this way, we will both address existing health concerns, while also taking steps to prevent future illness at the same time.
In addition to dietary changes, we will be holding yoga sessions in conjunction with our weekly meetings to help bring about a balance and movement to the cleansing process. Take the steps necessary for your body to begin returning itself to a state of health and vitality
